At Finding Your Path Consulting, we provide personalized college-planning and admissions guidance for high school students at every stage—from freshmen exploring their interests to seniors preparing final applications. Our services include academic course planning, extracurricular activity and resume building, college list building, essay and supplemental writing guidance, interview prep, and expert advice for student-athletes navigating NCAA recruiting. We combine one-on-one support, detailed reports, and 24/7 access to our in-house lessons to ensure every student and family has a clear, data-driven roadmap to college success.
Whether you’re just starting to explore college options or finalizing applications, we offer packages tailored to your student’s needs. Families receive structured guidance on course selection, college lists, scholarships, and application timelines, as well as ongoing support through meetings, templates, and progress tracking.
Meet the Founder
Rhonda graduated from Virginia Tech with a Business Information Technology degree (Go Hokies!)
She has worked in the high school part time for 4 years and has over 15 years of experience working with elementary school students up to high school level as a basketball coach (private training, rec league, travel, AAU, high school level). She has been lucky enough to have been apart of a few state championships and many undefeated seasons over the years. In addition to coaching, Rhonda also has over 15 years of experience with the following:

Assisting students and adults with resume building, job preparation and mock interviews

Training on becoming an independent educational consultant

Extensive experience with project management and leadership

Extensive experience with working in Corporate America, big 4 accounting firms, supporting the Military and other government agencies.
Working with Rhonda was the best thing I ever did for my career.
